Jewellery materials
Jewellery used for initial piercings must be body-safe. We never use nickel.
Implant Grade Titanium (ASTM F136)
Recommended material. Lightweight, hypoallergenic, available in anodised colours.
Niobium
Excellent alternative to titanium — fully hypoallergenic, anodisable.
Bioflex / PTFE
Ideal for pregnant clients, MRI patients, and hard-to-reach placements. Flexible.
The process
Consultation
We discuss placement, jewellery, and any contraindications (allergies, medications, health conditions).
Preparation
Skin disinfection, marking the exact point, your confirmation of placement.
Piercing
Single-use sterile needle, fast and precise. Duration: a few seconds.
Jewellery placement
Initial jewellery is placed immediately — selected for the placement and your skin type.
Cleaning
We disinfect the area and check everything looks right.
Aftercare instructions
You receive written aftercare instructions and a contact for questions during healing.
Pricing
Price includes initial titanium jewellery. Jewellery change after healing is optional — visit us or contact us to arrange it.
